Sr. IT Manager - Supply Chain

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $140,600–$183,108 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead a multifunctional team designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining supply chain technology solutions.
• Define and execute technology strategy and multi-year product roadmaps for warehousing, logistics, transportation management, global trade, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Manage project portfolios and the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, budgets, schedules, quality, and SLAs.
• Modernize legacy systems and ensure scalable, reliable, secure solutions using Agile, SaaS, cloud, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Partner with engineering, operations, security, quality assurance, finance, maintenance, safety, compliance, and business leadership.
• Manage vendors, resource planning, governance, performance metrics, and the development of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant application development experience and 2 years of leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams or projects.
• Experience supporting warehousing, logistics, transportation management, global trade management, forecasting, order management, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of system architecture, scalable and reliable solutions, Agile delivery, project management, DevOps, SaaS, cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure, and enterprise integration through APIs and microservices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and successful completion of the interview are required.

• Master’s degree and experience architecting highly integrated systems with large user bases.
• Supply chain technology leadership experience.
• Cybersecurity principles and secure software development lifecycle experience.
• Experience using generative AI responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving.
