Associate Director, Institutional Distribution & Partnerships (Web3)

What you will do

• Originate, qualify, and progress institutional prospects including family offices, EAMs, funds, corporate treasuries, and crypto-native institutions.
• Manage client onboarding, including KYC/AML coordination, subscription documents, and communication with fund administrators and licensed distribution partners.
• Prepare partnership materials, manage follow-ups, and lead workstreams from term sheet to live distribution.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM discipline and prepare management reporting on coverage and conversion.
• Represent the platform at industry events and client meetings across the region.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in institutional sales, investor relations, or business development at a bank, digital asset firm, or asset manager.
• Existing institutional relationships in Asia or strong motivation to build an institutional network.
• Fluency in tokenized RWA products and current market developments.
• Self-starting, organized, and ownership-oriented approach.
• Mandarin and English fluency are essential.
