Decision Analytics Consultant- Forecasting

Location: Hybrid role based in New York, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or Princeton, New Jersey, with work-from-home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead forecasting and decision analytics projects, including commercial demand forecasting and strategic use cases.
• Develop, validate, and deploy epidemiology-based, patient-based, trend-based, and AI/ML-driven forecasting models.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks, forecasting assumptions, scenario analyses, and actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize market, patient, epidemiology, clinical, and secondary research data for forecasting and strategic insights.
• Engage with clients and senior stakeholders, present executive-ready deliverables, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Manage and mentor global cross-functional teams while leading projects from scoping through executive presentation.

Requirements

• MBA with a quantitative or analytical bachelor's or graduate degree, or a relevant PhD; 6–8 years of relevant experience may substitute for an MBA or PhD.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA and 3–5 years of pre-MBA relevant experience, with strong analytical work using advanced modeling techniques.
• Strong expertise in commercial demand forecasting, AI/ML, or quantitative analysis.
• Experience with tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Client-facing experience, strong communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Fluent English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
