Senior Consultant, Analytics (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $118,000–$177,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing delivery of data-driven analytics and AI-enabled solutions for commercial life sciences use cases.
• Identify business needs and develop customized solutions with consultants and clients.
• Design and implement approaches for forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science.
• Interpret complex data outputs and connect key insights to strategic business implications.
• Manage client proposals and presentations while coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Support recruiting, training, and mentorship for junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative or life-sciences-related fields preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology-enabled solutions.
