Senior Channel Operations Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Build and scale strategic partnerships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial influencers, investor communities, and other ecosystem partners across global markets.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from market mapping and outreach through negotiation, solution design, launch, and performance review.
• Develop and optimize revenue-sharing structures, incentive models, and customized partnership solutions.
• Identify new partnership channels, customer segments, and geographic opportunities to support international growth.
• Monitor financial-market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, compliance, and regional teams to deliver scalable partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel development, or related commercial roles within brokerage, fintech, wealth management, trading, or financial services.
• Understanding of brokerage, investment, or trading ecosystems, including distribution channels, customer acquisition models, partnership structures, and commercial incentives.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in digital assets and crypto, including the relationship between traditional finance and digital-asset products.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.

• Experience working with international or multi-market financial platforms.
• Existing relationships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial content creators, investor communities, or other financial ecosystem partners.
