Business Development Manager - Paylater (Online Merchant)

What you will do

• Identify business opportunities and partnerships with prospective online merchants and strategic partners.
• Acquire and manage online merchants selling through websites and mobile applications.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding with Indodana’s payment solutions.
• Develop customer acquisition strategies and short-term growth initiatives.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Monitor partnership performance and collaborate with Marketing and Product on campaigns and feature development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Experience working in a target-driven, highly mobile environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
