What you will do

• Supervise and support the Project Controls organization in line with corporate standards and strategy.
• Develop capital project schedules, validate scope inclusion, define critical paths, and ensure schedule compliance.
• Track and report project costs and control work-order execution through the corporate ERP platform.
• Develop and maintain project controls tools, policies, procedures, and project management software systems.
• Lead project control specialists and manage scope, schedule, and cost issues with capital project teams.
• Collaborate with area managers and business-area executive management on goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management, or a related field; four years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least five years of project management or project controls experience.
• Experience with project scheduling, reporting, and project planning methods and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience managing PPEP for linear assets.
• Utility experience in gas or electric distribution.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• PMP certification.
