Relationship Officer - uBank (Banking)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Onsite work in mall or shift branches, including two shifts from 9:45 AM–4:00 PM or 3:45 PM–10:00 PM. uBank operates seven days a week, including Sunday, with one day off per week. Open to UAE nationals.

Salary: AED 17,500–25,000 per month plus incentives.

What you will do

• Manage customer interactions and execute banking transactions through uBank services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues to the relevant teams.
• Identify sales leads and relationship development opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and retention.
• Promote banking solutions to improve customer satisfaction and share of wallet.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ADCB service standards.

Requirements

• UAE nationality required.
• At least three years of experience in banking or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work mall or shift branches, including evenings, Sundays, and a six-day weekly schedule.
