Relationship Manager (Malayalam Speaker)

What you will do

• Onboard new clients and activate, retain, and grow an assigned customer portfolio.
• Provide personalized voice and social media support while building trusted client relationships.
• Research prospects, prepare sales activities, and use reports, tools, and business insights to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve client issues and complaints and provide feedback on customer needs.
• Monitor global economic indicators, central bank decisions, geopolitical events, and forex market developments.
• Translate complex financial and economic data into understandable investment advice and maintain management reports.

Requirements

• Native Malayalam and fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, currency pairs, financial markets, and macroeconomic trends.
• Sales experience at a CFD broker and familiarity with relevant financial regulations and licenses.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, networking, and problem-solving skills.
• University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while tracking and reporting progress.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a sales team at a CFD broker.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
