Manager, Finance

Location: West Hills, California, United States; work may be performed in an office or remote environment. No immigration sponsorship or support is available, including for the STEM OPT Form I-983 training plan.

Salary: $130,000–$216,000 annual target base pay range for candidates in California and New York metro areas. Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Innovation, Marketing, R&D, and Finance teams from project inception through commercialization.
• Develop project P&Ls covering product costing, competitive pricing, promotion, channel pricing, and marketing support assumptions.
• Build short- and long-term market projections and support prioritization of the innovation portfolio.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for DTC, TikTok Shop, and other emerging channels.
• Develop scenarios, financial analyses, and business recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Lead or support Growth team SG&A planning, variance analysis, reporting, and business performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience in finance, business analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial statement analytics, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, communicate clearly, and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a consumer products company.
• Experience with digital commerce, DTC, social commerce, TikTok Shop, and e-commerce KPIs.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Copilot, ChatGPT, Profitero, Stackline, Circana, or Nielsen.
