Salary: $142,500–$256,500 annually, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do
- Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and companywide labor and benefits planning.
- Analyze actual results against plan and communicate financial drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop management reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Partner with accounting on month-end close activities, including spend and accrual reviews.
- Support scenario modeling, investment decisions, long-range planning, and portfolio prioritization.
- Improve FP&A processes, tools, financial models, data integrity, and planning assumptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using financial planning systems.
- Strong communication, judgment, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or CFA.
- Commercial biopharma or life sciences experience.
- Experience with Hyperion EPM, Anaplan, or other enterprise FP&A tools.
- Experience leading initiatives, mentoring junior team members, or working in a matrixed organization.
