Industrial Engineer II (Manufacturing)

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA; onsite manufacturing role with regular standing, walking, shop-floor work, occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds, and occasional travel.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives across the value chain.
• Contribute to implementing the hirify.global Fulfillment System across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Service processes.
• Coordinate successful New Product Introduction launches within operations.
• Support facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Improve the flow and synchronization of products, materials, and information to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Define processes and area layouts, and justify, select, and implement equipment while working with shop-floor personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of related engineering experience in a similar working environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, manufacturing methods, systems, and controls.
• Ability to implement policies, procedures, process documentation, standards, and improvement methodologies.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
