Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Aiken PSR, Aiken, South Carolina, United States; onsite work with 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Salary: $32–$37 per hour depending on experience, with progression to $39 per hour at expert level, plus a potential weekly results-sharing bonus.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize production uptime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration on industrial equipment.
• Maintain production, processing, pipeline distribution, conveyor, hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating systems.
• Install, test, and release equipment in partnership with the Engineering team.
• Diagnose PLCs, industrial networks, AC drives, motors, encoders, resolvers, and control systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, and machine error messages; inspect, test, rebuild, and repair equipment.

Requirements

• Multi-craft experience in electrical, mechanical, and electronics maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Associate degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or a related field plus at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience; or completion of an apprenticeship plus at least 3 years of experience; or at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Team-player attitude, willingness to help others, and self-directed working style.
• Employment eligibility verification through Form I-9 is required; temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify candidates.
