Location: Stephenville, Fort Worth, RELLIS-Bryan, and Waco, Texas, or online. Instruction may be delivered in person, through approved instructional modalities, or online according to student demand.

What you will do
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory offerings in legal studies to undergraduate and graduate students.
- Develop course syllabi, select instructional materials, and create exams, quizzes, papers, and other assessments.
- Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Use active learning, discussion, collaboration, technology, and innovative teaching methods to support student engagement.
- Hold office hours, mentor students, and provide academic guidance and support.
- Follow university policies, academic integrity standards, accreditation requirements, and Campus Security Authority responsibilities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Legal Studies, Juris Doctorate, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
- At least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of legal studies sufficient for undergraduate and graduate-level instruction.
- Professional, collegial, and collaborative interaction with students, staff, and faculty.

Nice to have
- Doctorate or terminal degree in law or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
- Previous collegiate online teaching experience.
