Senior Analyst, Real Estate

What you will do

• Provide data-driven insights for the North American real estate portfolio and store fleet.
• Lead the proprietary forecasting and optimization tool for real estate decision-making.
• Manage real estate pipeline reporting in coordination with finance, accounting, and legal.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for monthly portfolio reviews and new store opportunities.
• Maintain quarterly fleet performance reports and pipeline data in CoStar and other databases.
• Adapt complex data into clear stories for different audiences, including executive leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate analysis, retail analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; business management, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of real estate finance pro formas and financial definitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of retail KPIs and FP&A terminology.
• Ability to work across functions and assist with administrative tasks related to presentations and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with CoStar, GIS mapping platforms, statistical models, or AI platforms.
• Experience working effectively with executive-level leaders.
