Real Estate Analyst, East (Retail)

Location: Remote; candidates must be located in New York, New Jersey, or Philadelphia. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required.

What you will do

• Execute strategic real estate market plans throughout the full lifecycle for an assigned territory.
• Identify sites for new stores and repositioning opportunities for existing stores.
• Coordinate with construction, design, facilities, finance, asset management, brokers, developers, and legal counsel to support store launches and leases.
• Manage multiple letters of intent and lease negotiations while maintaining the real estate growth pipeline.
• Prepare site approval packages, LOIs, financial analyses, and reports, and present recommendations at monthly Real Estate Committee meetings.
• Conduct field tours, monitor retail and demographic trends, and represent hirify.global at selected ICSC conventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related concentration is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail real estate.
• At least 1 year of experience in market planning, site selection, and deal negotiation.
• Experience managing local brokers, outside legal counsel, and other third-party service providers.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and be located in New York, New Jersey, or Philadelphia.
