What you will do

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and serve as a market expert through presentations and written analysis.
• Analyze economic, demographic, and commercial real estate data to identify market activity, conditions, trends, and competitive insights.
• Perform strategic market analysis covering competitor locations, acquisition strategies, sales volumes, and investment strategies.
• Author local thought leadership content and collaborate with marketing, graphic design, and brokerage teams on research deliverables.
• Build relationships with internal research teams and external real estate experts to exchange information and understand market needs.
• Maintain accurate commercial real estate metrics in Curve Analytics and produce quarterly market statistics and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in commercial real estate research and/or analytics.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate and capital markets metrics, economics, demographics, and related data platforms.
• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data vendors such as Real Capital Analytics, RealPage, ZoomInfo, Revista, PitchBook, and CoStar.
• Strong analytical, writing, organizational, project management, multitasking, interpersonal, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, support internal and external clients, and lead cross-functional problem resolution.

Nice to have

• Advanced education or professional designations.
• Proficiency in ESRI Suite, ArcGIS, Power BI, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
