Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics (Auto Finance)

Location: Dallas, Texas; hybrid work with a minimum on-site expectation of three days per week

What you will do

• Formulate, develop, and implement business strategies that improve company profit.
• Identify, track, and forecast key organizational drivers and transactions.
• Partner with product, technology, data science, and operations teams to implement data-driven strategies and decision engines.
• Own the full lifecycle of major analytical projects, from business case development through implementation and execution.
• Lead analytical initiatives that improve operational and transaction profitability.
• Communicate concise insights and visualizations using Tableau, Sigma, or Streamlit, while designing and automating new products, solutions, methodologies, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or marketing.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• Auto finance experience.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pega.
