Production Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage production operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees while monitoring performance and accountability.
• Manage department costs, profitability, inventory, records, and operational reporting.
• Identify and resolve production, quality, and operational issues.
• Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives, including 5S, TPM, machine audits, LOTO, and JDA/JSA activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and oversee machinery training, preventive maintenance, and standard work instructions.

Requirements

• Post-high-school education.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and 1–3 years of experience managing people.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Precise Plant Quality Program, quality requirements, troubleshooting, and accuracy controls.
• Knowledge of machinery, equipment, preventive maintenance, standard work instructions, 5S, and TPM.
• Training in machine audits and LOTO, commitment to safety standards, and successful completion of the forklift driver licensing process.
