What you will do

• Provision and network customer servers using modern hardware.
• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and network problems.
• Accept and process customer orders by phone and through a ticket system in German and English.
• Expand, monitor, and maintain the cloud platform.
• Build practical IT infrastructure experience through a three-year training rotation in a data center.

Requirements

• Good secondary school diploma or technical high school diploma.
• Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English.
• Initial experience with hardware and network technology.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
• Enjoy working with technology.

Nice to have

• Initial knowledge of Linux.
