Lead, Corporate Strategy

Location: United States

Salary: $115,100–$165,450 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Support corporate strategy initiatives involving growth strategy, portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and value creation.
• Build executive-level presentations focused on strategic framing, financial insight, and decision relevance.
• Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis and translate findings into strategic implications.
• Structure complex problems and develop fact-based perspectives for executive discussions.
• Own analytical workstreams, lead discussions with cross-functional and VP-level stakeholders, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a similar role.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience building and interpreting financial models.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear insights.
• Experience preparing executive-level materials and communicating complex analyses concisely.
• Comfort leading structured discussions with VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, finance, or business operations.
• Exposure to financial modeling, valuation, or investment analysis.
• Experience with enterprise-scale or multi-business organizations.
• Exposure to software, SaaS, or technology-enabled business models.
