Lead Strategy Consultant

Location: In office at 800 Prides Crossing, Newark, Delaware, US

Starting base salary: $111,408–$189,738 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional teams from strategic diagnosis through implementation.
• Formulate strategies, develop roadmaps, and drive execution against corporate priorities and expected business outcomes.
• Support initiatives involving strategic technology, client and colleague experience, governance, efficiency, modernization, controls, and compliance transformation.
• Design and implement operating models and related requirements aligned with organizational strategy.
• Coordinate subject-matter experts and executives, remove blockers, manage expectations, and provide strategic advisory support.
• Guide process improvement, change management, adoption, and sustainability across competing priorities and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects across cross-functional disciplines and/or geographical regions.
• At least 8 years of experience in operational efficiency, systems development, project management, quality management, financial management, or organizational change management.
• Complex problem-solving skills and experience managing cross-functional groups and competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and comfort interacting with executives.
• Independent ownership of programs, with exposure to Lean Six Sigma and Agile or Scaled Agile practices.
