VP, Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; this position requires full-time work in the office and may require occasional travel.

Salary: $115,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior management on workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement retention, career development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and employees across the organization while driving alignment between HR and other departments.
• Use HR metrics and data to evaluate initiatives, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Address employee concerns and grievances while fostering an inclusive and engaged work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a strategic HR business partner role.
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR-related software; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work full-time in the Omaha office; occasional travel may be required.
