Maintenance Technician (Machinist 2nd Shift)

What you will do

• Maintain automated production machinery to reduce equipment downtime and support production schedules.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, mechanical adjustments, alignments, and equipment relocations.
• Read and apply technical drawings, schematics, electrical diagrams, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Support machining activities including milling, turning, grinding, welding, and CNC machine setup, programming, and operation.
• Document completed work, identify and order spare parts, participate in projects and upgrades, and coordinate with suppliers on technical issues.
• Perform machine shop, mold shop, or forklift maintenance duties as applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Production Technician or Auxiliary and 3 years of applicable experience or demonstrated skill preferred.
• Experience using basic hand tools.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; knowledge of hydraulics is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under stressful conditions with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and stand or walk for extended periods.
