What you will do

• Develop, program, configure, and commission DDC control strategies for building automation projects.
• Integrate controls with HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems.
• Write and test controller programs, troubleshoot programming issues, and commission completed systems.
• Analyze system performance and optimize energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and reliability.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare control sequences, wiring diagrams, as-built drawings, performance reports, and provide user training and technical support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a DDC Controls Programmer in the building automation industry.
• Experience with DDC programming platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Siemens Talon, Distech, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, lighting controls, energy management systems, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
