Legal Counsel (SaaS)

Location: Munich, Germany

Salary: €115,000–€130,000 per year

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS provider in the WealthTech space expanding internationally, including a planned entry into the UK market.

What you will do

• Advise on commercial and corporate legal matters across the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, software, customer, partner, supplier, and other national and international agreements.
• Support international expansion, particularly the UK market entry.
• Build scalable legal processes, contract templates, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Management while coordinating external legal counsel.
• Support data protection, compliance, corporate housekeeping, and the adoption of Legal Tech and AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with at least five years of professional experience.
• Strong commercial law background and extensive experience negotiating technology, software, or SaaS agreements.
• Solid understanding of UK law and Common Law, with experience supporting international business operations.
• Ability to build processes and structures in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-fluent German and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international scale-up environment.
• Familiarity with GDPR and general compliance topics.
• Experience with Legal Tech or CLM tools such as Ironclad, Juro, or DocuSign CLM, and AI-supported legal workflows.
