Associate I, Production Operations (Fintech)

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; onsite production role. Requires 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on either Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday, with overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Operate inserters, printers, sorters, and related production systems to meet daily output targets.
• Support shift leadership and serve as a lead resource for production associates.
• Onboard, train, and coach team members on equipment, procedures, and quality standards.
• Test and validate process, material, and equipment enhancements.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process guides, and operational documentation.
• Monitor workflows, troubleshoot routine issues, improve throughput, and communicate risks and results to leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or processing.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, handle production materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, Texas, for 12-hour shifts and overtime as required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production leadership or acting as a lead associate.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization.
