Supervisor - Manufacturing

Location: Brenham, Texas, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: USD 68,500–106,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop manufacturing associates and team leaders.
• Coordinate daily labor resources, including company associates and temporary staff, to meet production needs.
• Monitor production performance, optimize schedules and workload sequencing, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Manage associate relations, hiring decisions, training, performance management, and recognition activities.
• Ensure safe equipment operation, investigate accidents and incidents, and maintain compliance with safety practices.
• Reconcile payroll hours, track attendance, and support change management and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills.
• Ability to analyze production and staffing data, set goals, contain costs, and interpret reports.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance programs and safety practices; computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll or production databases.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, occasional holidays, and different shifts as needed; the role includes physical work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
