Floating Senior Relationship Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, with work at various branch locations within the market

What you will do

• Serve retail banking customers and complete consumer banking and teller transactions.
• Convert branch leads and customer interactions into qualified sales and referral opportunities.
• Recommend and cross-sell banking products, services, and digital solutions.
• Maintain customer, applicant, and referral data and manage relationship lifecycles.
• Support branch sales activity, workflow, office opening and closing, supplies, and vault cash management.
• Follow risk management, regulatory, and internal compliance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Customer service, communication, sales, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, including basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier preferred and required for the position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
