Floating Senior Relationship Banker

Location: Monroe, North Carolina; may require work at various locations within the market

What you will do

• Serve retail banking customers by completing consumer banking and teller transactions.
• Promote bank products and services through customer conversations, outbound calls, sales leads, and referrals.
• Identify customer needs, recommend relevant products, and meet individual weekly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate data for referrals, customers, and applicants using approved branch technology.
• Support branch operations, including workflow coordination, opening and closing the office, supplies, and vault cash management.
• Manage daily sales activity and comply with risk management, regulatory, and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services.
• Basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identification is preferred and will be required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
