Pharma Senior Project Manager (CQV/Automation)

Location: Vermont Avenue, Washington, District of Columbia; the position is in Virginia and supports nationally delivered owner’s representative assignments.

Compensation: $196,118.41–$224,135.33 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Pharma CQV, Automation, and Systems Integration practice for owner’s representative assignments.
• Guide project teams through budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Embed CQV governance so validation requirements inform design, procurement, and construction decisions.
• Oversee automation, control systems, and digital integration scope on the owner’s behalf.
• Manage program resources, financials, schedules, risks, staffing, scope changes, and client relationships.
• Develop implementation strategies, policies, procedures, and high-performing teams while mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or an AS/BS degree with commensurate industry experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Track record in project management for MSAT, CQV, automation, and systems integration.
• Experience supervising people, including recruitment, training, performance management, and development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SharePoint, plus project management software.
