Location: Italy - Milano

Salary: €40,000–€80,000 annually plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate ZEB (Zero Emission Buildings) projects across all operational and construction phases.
• Plan project activities with the Project Manager Supervisor and Works Director.
• Monitor physical and financial progress, timelines, quality standards, budgets, costs, revenues, collections, and payments.
• Coordinate the Works Director, Construction Manager, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and external professionals.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, regulatory compliance records, declarations of conformity, certifications, and testing records.
• Support client communication and manage final handover and project close-out.

Requirements

• Experience managing construction phases of energy or building projects.
• Ability to monitor schedules, costs, revenues, quality, and project milestones.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and external professionals.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and regulatory compliance records.
• Ability to support contractual administration, supplier payments, invoicing, and client communication.
