Invoice-To-Cash DS Collection & Dispute Management Senior Analyst (Japanese Bilingual)

What you will do

• Own customer collections and open receivables through follow-ups, customer engagement, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Manage end-to-end disputes for key accounts, including investigation, root cause analysis, resolution, and financial adjustments.
• Improve cash flow and payment behavior while monitoring collection KPIs, service-level agreements, and Days Sales Outstanding.
• Perform accounts receivable forecasting, trend analysis, revenue reconciliation, and non-disputed credit transaction management.
• Support sales order release activities, escalations, audit requests, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience with end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash processes, especially collections and dispute management.
• Fluent English for written and oral communication.
• Japanese language proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure while managing difficult customer and internal issues.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another financial certification.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
