(Graduate) FP&A Analyst (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support budgets, forecasts, long-term financial plans, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Prepare monthly reporting, performance analyses, management presentations, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Support month-end closing by preparing reports, validating financial data, and coordinating with Accounting and Business Controlling.
• Automate and standardize reporting, forecasting, and planning processes using modern finance tools.
• Explore AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and improve decision support.
• Support new FP&A tools, reporting solutions, and digital initiatives across Finance.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Interest in financial planning, business performance, data analytics, digital technologies, AI, and automation.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL.
• Skills in Python and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• German language skills.
