Senior Superintendent - Industrial - Traveling

What you will do

• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate project team members.
• Develop and track CPM schedules, including material procurement activities.
• Manage construction budgets, safety programs, and personnel training.
• Review design documents and shop drawings and provide direction to project personnel.
• Establish and monitor quality control programs and perform value engineering.
• Travel to project locations as needed and develop creative solutions to construction problems.

Requirements

• Employment eligibility verification to work in the United States is required.
• At least 15 years of experience in industrial construction.
• Post-high-school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Experience as a foreman, assistant superintendent, and superintendent, including layout experience.
• Thorough knowledge of building projects, shop drawings, prints, and specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience leading and supervising project teams.
• Working knowledge of BIM, CAD, and current building codes.
• Experience creating and managing MS Project schedules and familiarity with the construction market.
