Medical Science Liaison - Southern California (Dermatology)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; territory includes Southern California, Nevada, and Hawaii. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Annual salary: $185,200–$315,100.

What you will do

• Provide scientific and clinical support for dermatology programs.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, and other stakeholders.
• Present clinical data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific discussions with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and clinical investigators.
• Support scientific communication plans, medical materials, investigator-initiated trials, investigator selection, and clinical-site performance.
• Assist with scientific training, speaker training, advisory boards, and Medical Information booth activities.
• Respond to unsolicited medical-information requests and represent hirify.global at regional and national medical meetings.

Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in dermatology; allergy/immunology experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of clinical research methodologies and ability to evaluate and translate scientific material.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to approximately 50% and satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements.
