Entry Level Sales Representative (Home Improvement)

Location: On-site in Orlando, Florida

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Promote home remodeling products and services to prospective and existing clients through direct field marketing campaigns.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods.
• Deliver face-to-face brand awareness presentations focused on product quality and installation.
• Participate in regular training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
• Build a foundation for future careers in management or outside sales.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Confidence speaking publicly and interacting with people.
• Outgoing, open-minded, and well-spoken personality with a passion for learning.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
