Loss Prevention Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead safety, asset protection, and inventory control operations at the club.
• Plan and execute inventory counts, cycle inventory preparation, and shrink investigations.
• Develop and implement theft deterrence, merchandise protection, and asset protection programs.
• Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, organized retail crime, inventory variances, and cash losses.
• Oversee reverse logistics, return-to-vendor processes, merchandise transfers, and inventory control teams.
• Conduct safety inspections, CCTV reviews, recovery reporting, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Leadership experience supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and communicating results.
• Experience in asset protection, safety, inventory control, retail, grocery, wholesale, or management is preferred.
• High school diploma or college degree is preferred.
• Open shift availability is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift experience is preferred; the role requires frequent movement, merchandise handling, and occasional lifting.
