Operation Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. The role includes approximately 10% travel and may involve standing, walking, working in tight spaces, lifting, and working in a clean room with required personal protective equipment.

What you will do

• Establish and monitor production metrics, budgets, schedules, timelines, and corrective actions.
• Plan resource utilization, operational efficiency, plant capacity, cost reduction, and on-time product delivery.
• Lead personnel and coordinate production and supply chain goals in line with housekeeping, safety, and operational procedures.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, process improvement, and production-method optimization initiatives.
• Identify and implement technologies that improve production, cycle time, efficiency, and profitability.
• Partner with senior management and develop, mentor, and train direct reports.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles within the relevant job family.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing industry and how operations contribute to business objectives.
• Experience managing teams and adapting plans to operational challenges.
• Ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to comply with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and ethical requirements.
• Ability to work in the Singapore-based production environment, including clean-room conditions and use of personal protective equipment.
