Strategic Sourcing Manager (Semiconductor)

hirify.global manages semiconductor sourcing and manufacturing partnerships across foundry, assembly, and testing services.

What you will do

• Develop long-term global sourcing strategies with management and identify, evaluate, and select foundry and OSAT partners.
• Plan demand and secure wafer, assembly, and testing capacity to support product roadmaps and revenue goals.
• Lead should-cost analyses, competitive RFQs, pricing benchmarks, and supplier negotiations to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Draft and review Manufacturing Service Agreements, ensuring delivery commitments and supplier financial obligations are covered and enforced.
• Escalate and resolve commercial and delivery issues, participate in supplier QBRs, and drive commercial improvements.
• Align sourcing activities for new product development with engineering, supply chain, and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience in the semiconductor, foundry, or OSAT industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced contract negotiation skills.
• Data-driven analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent English and ability to travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Understanding of wafer fabrication, advanced packaging such as WLP and 2.5D/3D, and semiconductor testing.
• Semiconductor planning or production control experience.
• Mandarin language skills for communication with stakeholders from Mandarin-speaking regions.
