Equipment Maintenance Technician III - 2nd Shift (HVAC)

Location: Dyersburg, Tennessee, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, facility repairs, and urgent repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other building systems.
• Build control systems from electrical, mechanical, and fluid-power prints.
• Install and start up new equipment and production assembly lines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate repair records and identify and repair safety hazards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of plant-level operations experience in a high-volume, mixed-model production environment.
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance methods, schematics, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and plumbing schematics.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, fluid-power, and power distribution systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
