Operations Technician (with Equipment and/or System Ownership)

Location: Singapore Pioneer Plant; willingness to work in the Tuas area required

What you will do

• Operate an assigned area and execute batch-making and packing processes according to the daily production plan.
• Complete job assignments allocated by the team leader.
• Maintain plant safety and quality standards.
• Own assigned equipment, maintain it in base condition, and develop safety, loss, and lubrication standards.
• Develop operating standards and improvements, including job aids, SOPs, OPLs, and Kaizens.
• Lead equipment-related loss-elimination projects and own up to two site systems.

Requirements

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good collaboration skills for working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work at the Singapore Pioneer Plant in the Tuas area.
