Associate Engineer, Litho Equipment (300mm Fab) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore; onsite work in a cleanroom and production area with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Perform shift duties to optimize and support test-process operations in the module.
• Develop and implement methods and procedures for test-process control and production improvement.
• Design and operate test equipment and fixtures, create production job files, and reduce defects and failure rates.
• Analyze reports and charts, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with specialists and supplier representatives to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance.
• Maintain safe, clean production conditions and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant education and/or 1–2 years of experience in test engineering or wafer-fab production.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and attend to test fixtures or equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
