Senior Operator

Location: Benoi Sector, Singapore; on-site role with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Carry out production activities in line with EHS, quality, regulatory, procedural, and 5S requirements.
• Operate machines and equipment to required specifications and ensure materials are available.
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures and work instructions with cross-functional teams.
• Support improvement initiatives and assigned production projects.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting, escalate line and quality issues, and help meet daily production output.
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires and support day-to-day team operations.

Requirements

• NITEC graduate with at least two years of relevant manufacturing experience, or Diploma graduate with at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Secondary education graduates with at least five years of relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered.
• Willingness to work flexible 12-hour rotating shifts in an on-site production environment.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 kg in a white-room area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft software and SAP or other ERP systems in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Basic knowledge of programmable logic controller operations.
