Associate Engineer, Integration & Yield (CFM)

Location: Singapore; onsite role with a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule

What you will do

• Monitor airborne molecular contamination, particles, humidity, and temperature in cleanroom manufacturing environments.
• Serve as the CFM shift leader, respond to contamination alarms, escalate events, and perform routine environmental surveillance.
• Investigate contamination incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with Facilities, Process, Equipment, and Chemical Laboratory teams.
• Analyze SPC charts, baseline trends, dashboards, and monitoring data to identify deviations and contamination risks.
• Coordinate calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for monitoring systems, sensors, particle counters, and measurement instruments.
• Lead and coach CFM technicians and operators, support material qualification, manage KPIs, and contribute to automation, digitalization, and AI-driven monitoring improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule in Singapore.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, reporting, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good team player with the ability to support shift operations and clear handovers.
