Junior Sales Associate (Home Improvement)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; on-site

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses

What you will do

• Promote home improvement products and services to prospective and existing customers through direct field marketing campaigns.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focused on product quality and installation.
• Participate in regular training to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work primarily Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; flexible weekend shifts are available.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ambitious approach to working in a performance-driven environment.
• Confidence speaking publicly and interacting directly with customers.
• Outgoing, well-spoken, and open-minded approach with a passion for learning.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
• This is an on-site W-2 role in Tampa, Florida.
