What you will do
- Lead the strategic vision and operational roadmap for OneCRM US field platform operations.
- Shape CRM platform strategy, technical architecture, downstream integrations, and long-term platform evolution.
- Establish CRM data governance, data quality standards, and enterprise data management frameworks.
- Design scalable operational solutions and processes supporting multi-brand, multi-market product launches.
- Lead and mentor the field platforms operations team and build capabilities across the CRM operations community.
- Partner with Platform, Digital, Business, GTMC, Veeva, Workday, and vendor teams to manage enhancements, priorities, escalations, and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; a Project Management master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive CRM operations and field platform experience with demonstrated leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience leading technical teams, architecting CRM solutions, and driving enterprise-scale operational initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in data governance, data quality standards, enterprise data management, and senior stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM, Agile processes, and field force management systems; strong English communication skills and significant overlap with US operational hours are required.
