What you will do
- Own business processes and provide subject-matter expertise for SAP GLM, WWI, and SAP EHS labeling processes.
- Support accurate, compliant, and efficient global label generation and management.
- Partner with Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders on process improvements.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and operational support for labeling initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex labeling, master data, and system issues, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Maintain process documentation, training materials, testing artifacts, and standard operating procedures while supporting audits and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting SAP GLM, SAP EHS, or related labeling and compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of labeling, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing business processes.
- Experience leading business process improvements, system implementations, testing, and operational support.
- Knowledge of SAP Material Master and related supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and influence cross-functional teams globally.
