Staff Technical Specialist, Core HR (HR Tech)

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR technology solutions in line with engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Product, Finance, Design, and Operations to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Assess and optimize HR systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, user experience, and data integrity.
• Apply modern platform architecture approaches to deliver end-to-end HR technology solutions.
• Support change management for HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Participate in testing and release management within Agile pods and follow organizational processes and controls.

Requirements

• Experience developing or implementing HR technology systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across HR, Product, Finance, Design, and Operations.
• Knowledge of platform architecture, system optimization, data integrity, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, industry standards, and data security protocols for HR systems.
• Experience with testing and release management in Agile environments.
