hirify.global is hiring for a master data management role supporting SAP operations and global S/4HANA initiatives.

What you will do

• Maintain Material Master data in SAP S/4HANA and ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Monitor, analyse, and resolve duplicates, inconsistencies, and other data quality issues.
• Partner with business stakeholders on operational master data needs, analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to global MDM governance initiatives, including standards definition and data quality monitoring.
• Lead Material Master data migration activities for S/4HANA rollout programs across new regions and acquired entities.
• Prepare, validate, reconcile, and migrate data while training stakeholders on Material Governance and supporting BOM-related processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering with an IT focus, or a similar field.
• 5–8 years of experience in master data governance and knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Good SAP process knowledge and SAP analysis skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel worldwide for up to 10% per year.
